SEBI lists 18 additional employees
Market regulator SEBI has empaneled 18 additional companies, including Ernst & Young LLP, KPMG Assurance & Consulting Services LLP, ZX Grant Thornton Bharat LLP and Nangia & Company LLP, to conduct forensic audit of the financial statements of listed companies.
The empanelment follows a selection process initiated through a public procurement notice issued in November 2025.
According to a notification issued by the regulator on July 15, the newly selected companies are in addition to the list of forensic auditors published by Sebi in April 2025.
The panel will remain valid for three years from the date of publication of the latest list.
Other new firms empaneled are JC Kabra & Co, J Mandal & Co LLP, J Singh & Associates, Jain Jagawat Kamdar & Co, Pipara & Co LLP, R Kabra & Co LLP, RS Patel & Co, Ravi Rajan & Co LLP, SS Periwal & Co, Sarath & Associates, SKVM & Co, V Singhi & Associates, ASA & Associates LLP. and CLA Indus Value Consulting.
Commenting on the development, Srinivas Rao, senior partner, forensic advisory at Nangia & Company LLP, said the panel reflects the firm’s expertise in forensic services and commitment to supporting transparency and investor protection.

The SEBI Forensic Audit Panel comprises companies authorized by the regulator to conduct forensic audit of listed companies in cases involving suspected financial irregularities with a view to enhancing transparency and investor confidence.
