Dynamic Tech takes a hit with gains of 6%
The company’s stock has been moving upward since March 20, when the company announced that a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynamic Technologies Limited, under the name and style “Dynamic Technologies”, was incorporated on April 10, 2026. The company’s stock has increased by 23.57 percent since March 20.
Subsequently, on March 23, the company informed the exchanges that Aerodata AG, an established German provider of specialized aviation solutions, and Dynaton Systems®, a division of Dynamic Technologies focused on unmanned systems, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement sets out the framework for strategic cooperation to develop a new unmanned aerial surveillance and reconnaissance solution for the Indian region.

Commenting on the development, Udayant Malhautra, CEO and Managing Director, Dynamic Technologies, said, “The collaboration with Aerodata enables us to build a high-performance platform and jointly develop future-oriented solutions for demanding surveillance and reconnaissance tasks.”
Although the stock has pared some of its gains, investor interest remains strong. At 01:33 pm on Monday, shares of Dynamic Technologies were priced at ₹12,485.50, up 5.55 per cent from its previous close of ₹11,829.50. Meanwhile, the benchmark NSE Nifty was trading 50, up 210 points or 0.88 per cent at 24,108.
The market capitalization of the company on NSE as of April 27, 2026 was ₹8,472.33 crore.
