Tata Motors PV Q4 FY26 Results
Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles on Thursday reported a 31 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to ₹5,878 crore in Q4FY26, while revenue from operations rose 7 per cent year-on-year to ₹1.05 trillion.
Consolidated profit before extraordinary items stood at ₹7,167 crore in Q4FY26, while EBITDA margin came in at 13.1 per cent. Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) performance improved sequentially due to normalization of production and record domestic sales, the company said.
The company said full-year profitability was impacted by adverse conditions including tariffs at JLR, cyber attack which paralyzed systems and halted production for about a month.
Tata PV business reported revenue of ₹18,742 crore during the quarter, up 49.4 per cent year-on-year. EBIT margin expanded to 4.7 per cent from 1.6 per cent a year ago, while profit before tax on exceptional items increased by ₹710 crore year-on-year to ₹1,102 crore.
On a standalone basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹18,598 crore in Q4FY26, compared to ₹12,977 crore in the year-ago period. Profit from continuing operations increased to ₹455 crore from ₹185 crore a year ago.
For the full financial year ending March 2026, consolidated revenue stood at ₹335,582 crore, while consolidated profit before tax before exceptional items stood at ₹2,519 crore. Revenue from Tata PV business for the year grew 20.7 per cent to ₹58,465 crore.
The board recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting to be held on July 8, 2026.
