Ramadoss will form victorious alliance for 2026 Assembly polls: Arul

Salem West MLA R. Arul from Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) on Tuesday said the party founder S. Ramadoss will form a victorious alliance that will form the government after the 2026 Assembly election in the State.

Speaking to reporters after participating in the meeting of District Secretaries at Thailapuram near Tindivanam, he said the appointment of Mr. Ramadoss as the president, Murali Shankar as the general secretary and Syed Mansoor as treasurer had already been approved by the party.

Replying to a question, he said the party headed by Mr. Ramadoss was the PMK. Mr. Arul said the General Council of the party had already approved the recent appointments. “The Election Commission of India has taken up the issue and the party hoped for some good news. We will get justice soon,” he said.
