India has been drawn with Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan in Group G of the AFC Under-17 Women’s Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers, following Thursday’s draw in Kuala Lumpur. The qualifiers, featuring 27 teams across eight groups, will be held in a centralised round-robin format from October 13 to 17. Group winners advance to the Finals, joining pre-qualified sides DPR Korea, Japan, Korea Republic, and host China.
The tournament runs from April 30 to May 17, 2026, with the top four earning 2026 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup spots. India last featured in 2005 and now hopes to qualify through the group stage.
