Earthen Story A2 Desi Gir Ghee is 100% pure, preservative-free, chemical-free, and cruelty-free.Farm Fresh A2 milk from Desi Gir cows is boiled and set to curd, then the curd is slowly hand churned bi-directionally in a wooden churner called a bilona which gives our A2 cow ghee its own rich consistency,golden grain texture, nutty aroma and great flavour.
Rich in nutrients such as calcium, sodium and fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E. Vitamin E which has significant antioxidant properties linked to lowering the risk of cancer, arthritis, and cataracts. Vitamin E can also helps reducing the risk of heart disease.Vitamin A (retinol, retinoic acid) is a nutrient important to vision, growth, cell division, reproduction and immunity.
