Our Desi Ghee is more than just clarified butter; it is your kitchen’s aromatic and flavoursome best friend. Nutri Organics’ A2 Cow Desi Ghee is crafted from A2 Milk using the traditional Bilona Curd Churning process, keeping in mind Charaka Samhita’s suggestion of using A2 Ghee for the utmost functioning of sensory organs. Desi ghee from land of lord Krishna is natural and full of nutritious fatty acids.
BILONA METHOD CURD-CHURNED GHEE: Nutri Organics’ A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee is made from the A2 milk of grass-fed Gir cows of Maharashtra. Our ghee is made in small batches, ensuring the most natural ghee with no compromise on quality. The indigenous cow gives around 3-4 litres of milk per day which is more nutritious than foreign breeds that produce more milk. The cows are neither forced nor injected with hormones to enhance milk production.
NUTRITIOUS TO THE CORE: It is rich in omega-3 and omega-6, which are essential for human body functioning. Being rich in vitamins A, E, K, and conjugated linoleic acid along with antioxidants, it’s a great choice for your body. It is rich in butyric acid that improves digestion, and reduces the accumulation of toxins in the body.
MADE FROM CURD: Our A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee is pure, additive-free, and cruelty-free. Fresh A2 milk obtained from Desi Gir cows is boiled and set to curd, the curd is then slowly hand churned bi-directionally in a wooden churner called a ‘bilona’. The separated A2 butter obtained through this process is then slowly heated to obtain A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee. This is why our A2 cow ghee has a grainy texture, thicker consistency, tempting aroma, and great flavour.
HOW TO CONSUME: You can use our A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee in many different ways! FOR COOKING: Consume ghee with warm milk to help build your strength and keep your gut healthy. Additionally, you can apply ghee on tawa fresh rotis and parathas to make them more moist and digestible. FOR SKINCARE: Make a paste of besan and ghee. Apply it and wash after 15 min. with lukewarm water. FOR MASSAGE: Ghee has naturally nourishing and moisturising properties that make it great for baby massages.
LAB-TESTED GHEE: We perform a total of 17 lab tests on our A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee to make sure that every batch of our ghee undergoes strict quality checks.
